Appalling road surface across railway crossing which is now a danger to health!

Sent to West Lindsey District Council 4 minutes later
This railway crossing on the main A158 has never been very good as can be identified from previous report by the local council, however following a recent closure of the crossing the surface is now in my opinion a danger to health as well as being a safety issue for motorists. The fact that the crossing is at a slight diagonal to the road means that coming across the crossing on the road, even at a very low speed can set up a whiplash effect to those people in vehicles due to the violence to the vehicle of crossing the surface. I notice an uneven road surface notice has been placed on the road approaching the crossing from the Langworth village direction but there is no such notice on the approach to the crossing from Lincoln. Locals are well aware of the unevenness of the crossing but it is definitely a safety issue for anyone approaching the crossing unaware of the road surface and as I have said since the recent road closure at the crossing the matter is even worse and actually hurts my back and neck as the car tries to deal with the appalling road surface. Not sure if it is a road maintenance issue or a railway maintenance issue but whoever is responsible, something needs to be done urgently before someone is seriously hurt.
The road needs sorting asap, went over the level crossing yesterday, heading east, stopped at the next lay by,convinced my alloy wheel must have cracked somehow. An accident waiting to happen

If a crash happens here, Lincolnshire county council will get absolutely buried as this has been reported numerous times without anything being done. I went over it at 35mph and nearly ended up in the signal box as it's a diagonal step so one wheel hits then the other which speared me towards the signal box

There is still no action on this appalling ''Level'' crossing (ironic name!!!) i still see your teams bombing around Lincoln not paying much attention to the speed limits and the surrounding areas so don't blame the Virus, this has been due a long, long time before that virus hit, please address this as a matter of urgency

Is the council waiting for a crash to happen here or what?! Get it sorted, this is a matter of urgency even in the lockdown as this road poses a serious safety risk
