Hedges on the road corner now obstruct driving view

The residents of the corner house at the T-junction in The Rowans have grown hedges roughly 2m high creating a blind corner for when driving in our out of the estate. There's also now a shed and fence making it worse. Slowly getting worse for 3 years.
