3 Strret Lights not Working Down Allwy

The Alley way straight after the footbridge over the disney way (which comes out by the traffic lights on Cobblers bridge) has three street lights that are not working.

That alley is used by a lot of people, I use it to get to that station each day at 6:30 am and home again at 7:30pm and with the three lights out it's very dark down there at those times.
