Rat and rubbish issues at Brickdale house flats

Brickdale house flats there area huge issue with rats in the area. I am not sure if the lease holders of the property has a pest control agreement in place. The bins are in such a bad Tate and doesn’t eat maintained or tidied and people fly TIL in it all the time. Fooddebris are also dropped in there and there doesn’t seem to be any control. This increases the rat problem.
