Excessive amount of litter on verges along A4074 - Woodcote to Benson. Also A4130 towards Wallingford and beyond. I drive regularly in this area and have yet to see any clearance of roadside verges.

Disgraceful amount of litter, which has been increasing during the 18 months I have been driving in this area. As far as I am aware, these verges have not been cleared during this time. The verges have been cut, but nobody bothered to clear the litter first.
