Running water

Water is running from the side of the property next to photo no.1 pouring across the footway, running down (photo no.2) to Upwell Lane and pooling, as photo no.3. Some of the water is running past the junction, along Upwell Street and into a gully by the Pelicon crossing. There are 2 'ice' signs which need removing and also a 'flood' sign, so presumably the situation is known about. Water has been running off this site (disused car wash) for a good number of weeks now and the situation needs to be remedied as it's posing a hazard both for motorists and pedestrians. Many thanks.
