Poorly finished manhole cover caused me to trip and injure myself

The manhole cover is very badly finished and requires attention as it is a trip hazard. I fell and injured myself and ripped my jeans. It was daylight and a dry day and I was wearing flat boots. I don’t know how long it has been in this state. It’s at the corner of Guy Street and Clarendon Avenue.
