Mud on road, damaged footpath and verge

A developer at number 62 Rounds Hill has seriously damaged the public footpath to the extent that it is now a trip hazard to the public. Delivery vehicles have churned up the grass verge and contaminated the carriageway with mud. The developer has made no attempt to make safe the situation. Why is he allowed to rely n ‘public’ services to clean his mess up?
