House is 46 corporation road Leicester they buys and fixing cars on the road he has 6 to 7 cars that have no M O T or tax and they park here for months never move and he is fixing and dumping mortor oil on the ground there is times were he is very loud with the car engeen after 10 pm and sometimes befor 9am some one needs to come and see wats going on most off people living dont have parking becouse he got 6 to 7 cars here and we dont have any were to park i have called the cancil and nathink is happing is been on for over a year now
