I still need to do the ward inspection before any other action is put into place - not all graffiti is removed by ODS. If it is not done methodically then it is very hard to keep track of what has been removed and what still needs to be removed. There is a process trust the process.

The process clearly doesn't work. Plus Copy-pasting (without even reading in most cases) isn't a process!!!
