Very overgrown hedge obstructing footpath outside 2 - 8 Stickens Lane.

This hedge was due to be cut in November/December. It is very overgrown and unsightly and interferes with push chairs and pedestrians, the branches brush up against them and it is particularly unpleasant in wet weather.
