Assorted paper, cardboard and plastic rubbish and discarded food and drink containers

Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 14:37, Saturday 4 January 2020

Sent to Harrow Borough Council 3 minutes later

As observed, 14:50, 3/1/2020, the general area within a 100 foot radius of the junction of Walton Avenue, Carlyon Avenue and Treganna Avenue, including the forecourt of Simpson House Medical Centre, a miscellany of paper, cardboard, plastic, discarded food and drink containers and parts of discarded furniture and kitchen appliances litter the pavements, gutters and verges. Clearly bad Santa has been very busy over the holiday period. In my opinion, its not healthy to tolerate this level of domestic refuse in a urban street environment, especially given the proximity of the Medical Centre.

Love and kisses for the new year, a concerned patient.
