Ginnel still locked off creating huge delays. Please fix ASAP

Sent to Leeds City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1918033.

This ginnel which goes past the cricket club has been blocked for multiple months now and it adds at least 15 minutes onto my journey- please fix the ginnel asap
