Car parked too near junction

A red Renault car has been parking at the top of Throstle Nest View very near to the junction for a few months. This has been causing problems when turning in left off New Road Side onto Throstle Nest View. It is parked so close to the junction that you nearly hit the car. It is made even worse when a car is coming up Throstle Nest View to get onto New Road Side. You cannot turn into Throstle Nest View and traffic builds up behind you on New Road Side. due to the parked car.
