Several dog waste bins at Sparrows Den not emptied for at least two weeks.

Yet again at a holiday period the dog waste bins have not been emptied. Many dog owners just leaving their waste bags alongside the bins. This must be a health hazard. This is not a new problem. Holiday periods mean more dog walkers using the fields so inevitably more waste. Why are collections not increased at these times rather than not taking place at all? It’s not rocket science!
