Parking at bottom of small cul-de-sac. No access for bin collection lorries. We need no parking on this area. A fire engine would not have access neither.

We need access into the cul-de-sac for emergency services and bin collection lorries. Parking at the bottom they cannot gain entry. No parking sign or diagonal painted on the pavement in this area may help or even double yellow lines.
