Ditches on both sides of this lane appear full,causing regular flooding on Hams Lane ,near to car boot site entrance about 100 m from bend.

Whenever it rains this section floods.Even today Jan’1st 2020 there is surface water there and ditches appear full/blocked? and today ,as of 1500hours it has not rained.
