Radiator against the hedge

This radiator has been there about a week at least. This is not the first rubbish left, other was against the back of the garages opposite 102, and other at the back of a garden at another block of houses in Ely Close. I spoke to the dustbin men about these and they either dealt with it or reported it because it disappeared (thank you for that)
