Fly tipping on Peak Hill estate

Reported in the Fly-Tipping category anonymously at 11:33, Mon 30 December 2019

Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 3 minutes later

There is an accumulation of waste at the entrance to the estate on Peak Hill. On this occasion, the materials include mattresses, paint tins, boxes and suitcases. However, this location has become a de facto dumping ground over the past few years. Aside from the unsightliness and health hazards this causes, it is right next to a primary school and on a few occasions I have seen young children playing amongst the waste, smashing up old furniture and appliances, which is putting them at risk of harm.
