Ugly peeling paint on brick work

Hi, not sure if this is a problem for you or not. The paint along the two end of terrace houses is all peeling off very badly and looks very ugly, it brings down the area. It’s the two end of terrace house as you enter The Mews, Sawbridgeworth. Thanks!
