The initial report is not specific and it was not me that reported it. However, it may refer to a Ford Mustang motor car, colour black, FB51 AGY. This is parked, with 3 flat tyres and mould growing on the front of it, in front of a garage between houses 13 & 14 Shaw Close, Bicester. I ask please for removal/disposal action to be taken
