Broken pavings now loose, dangerous for pedestrians and residents

The City and Country hoarding opposite has narrowed the road, traffic particularly their construction traffic drives over the pavement. The historic pennant stones are now broken and loose, dangerous for pedestrians and residents. The house is listed.
