Manhole sunken quite a bit and is noisy

On Spruce Road on the junction with Cypress Way there are 2 manholes which have sunken quite a bit and also rattle as you go over them. Its quite annoying as we live near and can hear it every time a car goes past. Been like this for a few months now and is getting worse everyday.
