A number of years ago the road and pavement outside our property were resurfaced, resulting in a quite substantial raise in height. Each year, when we have a period of wet weather, we experience a large puddle right across our entrance. Today it is 3+ inches deep and over 2 metres wide - we call it the moat! I know there were similar problems that occurred with our neighbours that resulted in further work being carried out to avoid flooding. I wonder if you could contact me to discuss what could be done

We're now back into the wet weather and this is a problem once more. It didn't do this before the level of the pavements was radically increased. I haven't heard back from my initial complaint which I submitted in December 19. I know its been a difficult time for us all since March but I really don't want to have to go through another wet winter unable to walk out of the gate without Wellington boots. Please can I have an update Thanks

Again, I understand things are difficult but after updating this issue twice in October and calling each time, I was assured that someone would contact me to help resolve the issue. Still nothing. Called again today
