Dead tree tunk overhanging carriageway on the West side of the road

There is a danger of collision from passing vehicles.

The hedge could also do with cutting back along ithe full length. Two vehicles have difficulty crossing without getting scratched by the hedge on the West side or falling off the edge of the metalled carriageway on the East side.
