Sent to Kent County Council and Sevenoaks District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1898623.

The entrance to Garden Cottages off Powdermill Lane is flooding again due to there being a blockage in pipes under the road. We have had our pipes blasted to clear however this will not help the situation due to the blockage further up.
