Slurry flooding on to road around 50mm deep across full width of carriageway

Looks like the farmer is spreading slurry on the field, there is around 50mm of slurry across the whole width of the road around 20m in length. As I travelled through it a vehicle was coming the other way, the spray completely obscured my windscreen. in my opinion an accident will happen very soon if this is not recitfied
