Bad phasing at J5 M27

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1896629.

The lights leaving Stoneham Way onto J5 are phased wrongly - only 5 seconds green - which caused huge jams in Eastleigh yesterday and the previous day. Please alter them before rush hour today!
