Overflowing ditch due to collapsed drain

The photos attached show that ALL the ditches on Redlands Lane are draining well and water is flowing into the culverts on both side. The golf course side is free of all leaves and branches and there are no issues... however on the other side all the ditches are running fine at the top - all the culverts at the top are fine until opposite Broden Stables - here the water is backing up filling the ditch completely and then overflowing out of the ditch into the lane. The under ground pipe from this last open ditch to the river has collapsed and water is therefore overflowing out onto the lane. The broken pipe is marked by two white posts and water is gushing out of the ground. Fix this pipe and the lane will not flood at the bottom. The photos show the open ditches with water running down them and then the overflow at the bottom of the lane.

Every time we have a heavy rain the ditches on this side of the lane all flow happily down to the one opposite Broden stables and then overflow into the road - the culvert is blocked about 6 ft in underground. Needs digging up and sorting... there is current a stream of water 2 inches deep running down Redlands Lane...
