A259, Littlehampton, Eastbound carriageway, just past the "Body Shop Roundabout", opposite the Shell, Subway, Burger King Services...Large amount of standing water in the left hand lane every time it rains. Road is unlit and drivers have to swerve into the right hand lane to avoid the water...Possible blocked drain?
