6 inch pothole and sunken drain

Outside 4 Rouncil Lane. Pothole been here for 3 months plus and drain cover has sunken significantly. Articulated lorries use this residential road frequently as there is an abattoir at the end of the road. The noise is so bad from trucks it sets our baby monitor off! All the drain covers are pretty bad to be fair and need looking at.
