Road flooded again

Reported via Android in the Drainage category by Emily Smith at 15:49, Tue 17 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 8 minutes later. Council ref: 1893084.

Elms Road regularly floods. Children have to cross here to get into school and when it rains get soaked shoes and socks on the way in. Either the drains need to be improved or some sort of raised footpath created to protect schildren from the inches of muddy water
