Both been sat there for months no movement ,the van is missing one wheel, find it hard to park outside my own house.

It was NOT me that made the initial report but out of curiosity I visited this area pm on 13/02/2020. The location is to the side of house 38 Lanfgord Gardens, Bicester. The VW Golf is not there. The Peugeot Boxer is and I observed a Cherwell District Council letter on the seat, along with Penalty Notices. I hope this helps with your investigation.
