Footpaths coated in sludge from the mud from unfinished roadworks and the leaves that were never swept by road sweepers in autumn.

Older lady slipped today and had to be taken to walk in centre. It is very slippy and also filling up the grooves in the new non slip sections by the pelican crossing. Gutters blocked by the same sludge. If it gets icy it will be lethal.
