Public Tree Stump protruding out of pavement- Major Trip Hazard

This street tree near 1 Lake Avenue died from being smothered by overhanging private tree. Recently tree has broken off and stump about 18 inches is protruding inwards on pavement. Dark stretch of road means this stump is a major trip hazard for pedestrians.
