Dear Sir/Madam, I live in Old Saw Mill Place estate which is next to the Chalfont Valley EACT Academy school (Bell Ln, Little Chalfont, Amersham HP6 6PF). Recently there have been exceptional number of cars parked on the both sides of the road starting from the overhead bridge till the school entrance on the Bell Lane Road. Due which the congestion is very high especially during the peak times. It makes that whole area accident prone and unsafe. It is also causing inconvenience to the residents because it makes it very hard to join the Bell Lane road as the view to the road is blocked by the parked vehicles on the both sides of the road just outside the estate entrance. It is perfect environment for an incident to happen. Also cars are parked on the pavement which makes very hard especially children parents walking to school and often they have to walk on the road. Because of the double side parking the two lane road turns into a single lane due to which it becomes congested and causing unnecessary delays to journeys and car incidents (broken side mirrors) I request you to please look into this matter asap because of the road safely especially given there is school in vicinity and the road is often used by children and families.
