Blocked drain

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1888373.

The drain by the old phone box outside the Plough Inn seems to be blocked and whenever there's rain, it floods there. It's not just leaves and crap on top of the drain, but debris/dirt/dust down the actual drain itself preventing water from flowing away.
