Scrap Metal Dealing

Sent to King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 188781.

The metal gutters at the bottom of my drive have been tampered with someone has tried to crow bar them up and remove them. They have been unsuccessful at this point but the metal grills are now all twisted, unsightly and dangerous.
