Surely as a Local Councillor you have reported this through the Town Council to Norfolk County Council,? and NCC are on the case?? IF it is a BT issue then NCC inform BT straight away. Or perhaps the Local Councillor through the Local Council informs BT??

Or perhaps the Local Councillor through the Local Council informs BT?? In response. I have reported using this link as it goes straight to the correct dept. Apologies for it appearing as "anonymous" Im sure I had checked box to show my name. Not sure why I would inform NCC do they repair footpaths in Suffolk. Regarding BT that is surely a matter for the site engineer qualified to to asses wether the subsidence in places has been caused by BT works.
