Build up of mud and silt causing flooding on island

This mud and silt has been here for over a year. There is also collapsed drains and a build up of grit and dirt. I contacted local councillors a year ago and they advised they you would be undertaking a full survey and dealing with the issues at this island. This has not happened and now we are into Winter again and it is dangerous with water collecting.
