Sent to Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1886597.
The path on Shephall Green at the end of the ally floods everytime it rains making the grass either side of it an absolute bog which is practically impassable. Elderly people getting of the bus to use the Community Centre have to try and navigate this dangerous pathway which is extremely slippery. This has been an ongoing problem for years and is long over due being properly repaired.
