Raised Pave Block opposite Duet Shop

I consider myself to be an agile 76 year old which probably saved me landing on my face when I tripped over a 135mm square Paving Block that sits about 8mm above the surrounding surface. This is in Dragon Street opposite the Duet Shop, just under 2 metres South of the Pelican Crossing Post and mid way between the Gutter and the Tree.
