Cars driving on pavements and parking. Cars blocking driveways on entrance to The Square. Mon.C.C removed a bollard in order to let traffic drive on pavements because road width restricted due to parking outside Wheatsheaf Pub.g

I have asked both the Council and local council to put white or yellow lines outside the houses near the COOP shop because cars continually block drives. Nothing has been done. The pavements are broken by cars, Vans and lorries. Vehicles park illegally close to the roundabout.

  • This has been a problem for years but is ignored by the Council. People in wheelchairs, people pushing prams have to walk in the road because of parking on pavements. I have seen children nearly knocked down by drivers driving on the pavement. I had to get the Police a couple of weeks ago because someone had parked across my drive for the whole afternoon,
