Deep potholes non visible on unlit road, ice filled losing control of car

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1884382.

This has been an issue for past 3 months and has worsened due to ice rain and freezing weather making it wider and deeper on the edges of road. Has cut piece of my tyre passenger side front and scraped my alloy wheel. Needs addressing all along this part of the road.
