1x led street light not working on lamp column with two lamps installed

Sent to Leicester City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1884274.

There is a street lamp pole close to the river, near Bede Park walkway, that has two street lamps on it. The bottom street lamp does not work because the light from the top lamp shines onto the light sensor, preventing it from coming on. Please can you look at this. Thanks
