  • This problem has deteriorated to such an effect it is a consistent loud banging Day and night as transport passes over this manhole cover! In my opinion there Is a case for its collapse causing more concern for your department! I note that this problem was reported on December the 3rd! I find it strange that your literature States the fastest way to report a problem is this way! If it is a water board problem Please advise and I will report to the relative department! The exact position is outside number 85 Worton Road opposite the Royal Oak Pub!

  • “Has the situation worsened” is an understatement. So totally tired of this Consistent banging day and nite! At 6.45am 2 mornings ago I was awoken yet Again by a lorry outside my residence only to think “ah at least they’ve come to repair the manhole that was first reported on 4th December & by me on the 3rd of January” but alas I was amused by watching workmen line marking! “You could,nt make it up” it must be that the bozo in charge of this department cant prioritize!!! In layman’s terms lobotomy fodder! and now!!!! “SORT IT”
