Pothole at base of manhole cover outside Park Close

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1883961.

The road is shared with pedestrians which makes this pothole particularly dangerous especially in the dark or when its full of water when its not obvious.
