Rat infestation in Forest Retail Park, Thetford

A number of times in recent weeks, mostly in dark evenings my daughter and I have spotted the occasional large rat running around and climbing into the garbage cans outside the stores as marked on the map, or by the curbs nearby. This evening one ran by my daughter's foot making her scream unexpectedly.

There is also a McDonald's restaurant yards away and given these rats are vermin clearly foraging for food in a very public area, I would appreciate some action asap.
