'Repair' has failed already.

Sent to Hampshire County Council 11 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1882100.

The two huge potholes that were 'repaired' last month have had the infilling broken up by the speeding (and likely overweight) trucks leading to new and likely even larger potholes.
