Non residential parking blocking the road

There are numerous vehicles whose owners work at the hospital or builders going to the hospital that are parking on both sides of the road all along Golden Drive between Harlans Close & Montagu Drive. By 8am, this stretch of road is now getting very difficult to get through plus its difficult to see if there are any vehicle coming towards you as they have parked on the bend.
